Job Description

• Engineer fully conversant with relevant International Standards. Field experiences in construction & commissioning strongly preferred.
• Shall have worked as a single-point responsible for several medium-sized oil/gas projects or managing multiplesmaller projects concurrently.
• Shall have proven capabilities in managingand motivating all disciplines to deliver projects.
• Responsible for management of all projectreporting, interface definition, interface management, liaison with Companyproject engineers, maintain and control project variance logs, project audit reports,managing close-out of audit action items, early highlight and resolution ofproject issues.
• Exercising control over manpower and materialresources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality andHSE requirements. Represent the department in a positive andprofessional manner.
• Take responsibility for actions and outcomes,and persist despite obstacles. be available around the clock in case ofemergency. Prepared for the Extended hours to the job. Demonstratedependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency aboutgetting results.
• Maintain appropriate documentation andparticipate in process improvements and quality improvement programs.
• Responsible for overall execution, monitoring, and control of the Project as per the contractual requirements,Execution Plan, specifications & PQP.
• Responsible for coordinating all site activitiesrelated to the Project along with Project Manager.
• Ensure Quality Management System iseffectively implemented in the Project.
• Assess manpower, equipment and otherresources required to achieve targets.
• Analyze deviations, change of Project scope or delays, if required, and reschedule to meet target dates incoordination with Project Manager Ensure appropriate actions are taken on allNCRs and Audit Nonconformances raised in the Project.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with appropriate function for fulfilling the Training Requirements.
