Job Description

Experience:

Ø Shall have minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility construction, including live installations. Out of 15 years of experience, 5 years of experience shall have gained in the Middle East.

Ø Shall have a minimum of 5 years management experience in establishment, operation, and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.

Ø Shall have sound knowledge in quality management in projects covering design engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

Ø Shall have sound technical knowledge in materials, welding, coating/painting, NDE inspection and general construction activities.

Ø Shall have experience of working to and fully familiar with codes and standards such as from ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, ASTM, AWS, BS, NACE, NFPA, etc.

Responsibilities:

Ø Shall be responsible for advising, guiding, and motivating site line management on all QA and QC activities and related technical matters.

Ø Shall be responsible for implementation, operation, and maintenance of project Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.

Ø Shall ensure compliance of all project functions, Sub-suppliers, and Vendors with the Project Quality Management System requirements.

Ø Shall manage QA/QC staff on all worksites and ensure project quality targets are achieved.

Ø Shall provide support and guidance to all Project Team members on quality related matters.

Ø Provide input and steer to the annual QMS Management Review and track opportunities for improvement.

Ø Shall be responsible for allocation of quality resources and responsible for relevant Quality awareness training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures.

Ø Shall report to highest executive management within the organization to ensure authority and freedom to execute assigned responsibilities.

Ø Shall identify and manage risks that may have impact on quality and technical integrity.

Ø Liaise with Company on matters related to Quality.
