RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to manpower supply and maintenance services.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation through execution, renewal, and closure.
• Ensure contract compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Monitor contract performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and legal to align contract terms with business goals.
• Manage and resolve issues related to contract performance, including disputes and adjustments.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all contract activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status and health of contracts.
• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
• Implement best practices for contract management processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to contracts.
