RESPONSIBILITIES
· Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to manpower supply and maintenance services. · Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation through execution, renewal, and closure. · Ensure contract compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. · Monitor contract performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and legal to align contract terms with business goals. · Manage and resolve issues related to contract performance, including disputes and adjustments. · Maintain detailed and organized records of all contract activities. · Prepare and present regular reports on the status and health of contracts. · Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. · Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters. · Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution. · Implement best practices for contract management processes. · Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to contracts. |
