Qualification

Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng./).

Experience

Shall have minimum 20 years relevant work experience of which 15 years in a managerial position in a similar Integrated Service Contract in Middle East Oil & Gas environment.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Single point responsible and accountable for the management and execution of all aspects of the Services including

· Mobilization and transition periods from engineering design

· Sourcing

· Construction

· Quality management

· HSSE

· In project planning

· Commissioning

· Handover and close-out.

2. Ensure all projects are executed in line with Company/International Standards and Specifications

3. Screen/endorse employment of all Key and Core Personnel under the Contract.

4. Contractor leadership in HSSE performance.

5. Contractor leadership in QAQC performance.

6. Also responsible for Project Budget/ Profitability, Cash Flow, Cost Control, Invoicing, Client correspondence, MIS reporting etc.
